Doc Text Extractor Pro is an online OCR (Optical Character Recognition) service that allows users to extract text from images and PDF documents. The Service is offered in both free and paid PRO versions with different feature sets.
If you create an account with the Service, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account.
You agree not to use the Service:
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including all intellectual property rights) are and will remain the exclusive property of Doc Text Extractor Pro and its licensors.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service offers PRO subscriptions with additional features. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew unless canceled.
You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If we offer a free trial, you may be required to enter billing information. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate in text extraction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doc Text Extractor Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
